We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders within the United States. Please allow 2-5 business days for all ground orders.
We offer expedited shipping at checkout for all domestic orders. Our expedited shipping is handled through FedEx. FedEx 2nd Day rate is $10 and Next Day Air rate is $25. Please place all expedited orders by 12pm EST.
For all shipped packages, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact FedEx.

For a full refund, be sure to return your unworn and unused shoes to us within 30 days of receipt. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.Items should be returned new, unused, in their original condition accompanied by an undamaged shoe box as his is considered part of the product. Any damage to the sole and outer material will not be eligible for a return / exchange. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
To return or exchange, ship your shoes back to us using the prepaid FedEx return label included with your shipment. FedEx shipments may be dropped off at your nearest FedEx location.
If you would like to exchange your product, you have 30 days from your date of receipt to ship the item to us and place a new order for your desired product.
