Free Ground Shipping Within US
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for all ground orders.
Expedited Shipping Options
We offer expedited shipping at checkout for all domestic orders. Our expedited shipping is handled through FedEx with 2Day and Overnight options available.
All FedEx orders placed by 1PM EST Monday - Friday will ship the same day the order is placed. Orders placed after 1PM EST weekdays, or on weekends, will be shipped the next business day.
For New York City customers who select same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 10AM EST to be fulfilled same-day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off will deliver the next day. A signature is required for delivery, and the courier will not be able to leave the package in a delivery room or on a doorstep.
Complimentary Returns on U.S. orders
For online orders, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to make a return. Online orders made from November 15 through December 24, 2018, will be eligible for return until January 31, 2019, as part of our extended holiday return policy.
Online orders will not be accepted for return in the shop. Store-bought items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Store-bought items can only be returned in the shop.
Worn shoes will not be accepted. All returns must have the sole protector intact. We recommend trying on shoes in a clean and carpeted area.
To return your online order, follow these steps:
- Place your new and unused shoes in their original undamaged shoe box.
- Attach the prepaid FedEx return label to the outside of a shipping box. A prepaid return label was included with your order. As always, shipping is on us.
- Reseal the box.
- Drop the box off at your nearest FedEx location.
It will take 5–7 business days for your return to be received by our warehouse. The full amount will be credited back to your original payment method. It can take up to 15 business days from when the return is processed to appear on your bank statement. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
International orders are non-refundable and ship from the United States. Shipments leaving the U.S. and entering a foreign country are subject to the taxes and duties as determined by customs in the destination country.
We are unable to automatically process an exchange. Please follow the return process and place a new order at your leisure.
We strive to give women what they want when they want it-- but often our shoes sell out very quickly. When this happens, we quickly order more. Therefore, certain shoe styles on our website are available for "preorder," allowing our customers to purchase and reserve their desired shoes before they are available to ship. Preorder shoes will be shipped and the customer notified within 30 days of purchase.
An email will be sent to you with a tracking number at the time your order is shipped. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. Alternatively, you can track your package by logging into your Tamara Mellon account (look for your name in the upper right-hand corner of our homepage). Once you are on your account page, you can view orders and track the status via a link to FedEx.

Every shoe purchased from Tamara Mellon comes with a first-of-its-kind complimentary two-year Cobbler Concierge service, whereby we guarantee a free repair of your Tamara Mellon shoes for up to two years from the date of purchase.
